Once again, I've tried every weapon/magic I have, and I can't kill these guys (or the big dragon behind King Midas' castle). Have I missed a weapon/magic somewhere?

The red knights are very tough. I use the firebow from a distance when I have to kill one (if the screen is locked), and insectoid magic should work on them.
The big dragon you are not meant to kill. You will need him after you have lifted the curse from the King.

okay! I don't have insectoid magic yet, that is why. I tried the flame bow, but that didn't work. [sigh] Back to the hunt! :)
