someone could explain me what's the differences between D files and C files? (for example : Main.C and Main.d) I think it is a different version of the game... I have a program called dink c editor... it makes C files The problem is that all the files in my dink smallwood version is .d and not .c I wonder if exist a dink d editor to make d files. please help me! i want create my dink smallwood adventure! |

Basically, they are both the same. .c files have not been compiled into machine code. .d files have. You can only edit .c files at the moment. People use .d files so people can't edit their code and cheat. But if you ask nicly, people may give you their source code. I believe that the source for the original Dink game is available at THE OFFICIAL DINK SITE . |

I think the freeware version comes with it too: DinkSM/develop/source.zip And .d files are simply lightly compressed .c files, not machine (assembly) code :(. |
