All the drop down list shows is everything on my c: -BUT- DMODs. I deleted it and then i reinstalled the whole thing and it did the same thing. Oh yeah, I tried that "start it up anyway and then quit and it will be fixed" trick, but it said that it couldn't find the dink.exe file on my computer.:( But I looked and it WAS THERE! So, I need help. I emailed many people and they said I was a crazy idiot, and a stupid *hole, and something more bad................................................................

Ok. Relax. The official dink frontend should reside in your Dink Smallwood directory. If you are using Custom FE your computer sould be able to find dink using an ini that was created when you installed Dink. Have you moved your Dink Smallwood folder since it was installed? If you have then move it back. Windows doesn't like you moving installed programs around in that willy-nilly fashion. Did you install Dink from the file you got from rtsoft or did you just extract it from a zip? If you did get it from a zip, goto www.rtsoft.com and get the real install file and use it. Have you been deleting files from anywhere in your WINDOWS folder? If you have, STOP THAT! Never remove any files from there. That includes shared resources that uninstall programs like to tempt you with.
Have a computer literate friend talk to you about not messing up your system. You obviosly have problems with violating your computer's sacred rules.

Dink uses c:\windows as the OS path but what if my OS is not installed in c:\windows but in c:\winme??? This question does not need an answer. I know how to run DMODS and everything but I don't like to have 500 folders in my c:\
