Howdy, all.I've been working on a simple DMOD to use as a demo with a job application. I was looking at the files in order to package them up onto suitable media, and noticed that my MAP.DAT file was HUGE. Over 60 Megabytes. I looked at the MAP.DAT for the original Dink, and it was 10 Meg. My world only consists of about 30 screens tops, and I don't think I have excessive sprites. I have only modified one sprite graphic.
Has anyone else had this happen to them, or know why it is? I've been thinking I'll try creating a new directory, and copying each screen to the new file using the copy mechanism in dinkedit, but that's a bit laborious. Any ideas?
