I downloaded the setup but it gets to intro.wav and it says I/O error. What can I do?

Not sure, but I think you may not have DirectX installed.

You could try to reinstall it.
or.....
you could try downloading it again(if you downoaded it though)
I have the freeware version and it works perfect.
