can someone tell me how I can make Dink entering a room and how to set up a room or any related stuff.

Do you mean a cut-scene -- a little "movie" like at the beginning of Dink's Doppelganger where Dink is walking about before the game startes? If so, check out the source code to that, which can be found at http://www.prowler-pro.com/dmods/ .
If you simply mean how do you move Dink about *yourself* and have him enter a new room, that's answered in my FAQ:
