I have download some d-mods but i cant get them running, help me!

use the dink front end program in your dink folder. |

Goto dink fontend in your program files or where ever you installed dink

This is not the way your supposed to do it but it works, first you go to the winzip file and extract, double click on "c" and then program files, then dink, then extract the files to a folder that you dont use anymore (like a dmod you have already beat) |

Another option. Unzip the Dmod into your DinkSmallwood directory. Look at the main directory name to see what the name of the Dmos is. You'll notice that there also is a directory called dink, This is the main game Dmod. To start this start a dos prompt. When in your dink smallwood directory type: dink -game dink So starting your dmod will be something like: dink -game prophecy . I found the windows dmod starter didn't work fo me either. My computer crashed at the ending of the main game even, when I had defeated Seth, until I used the above option to start the game. |
