How do you get the "playavi" command to work. I found it in the original start.c script as a comment that would probably play the opening video clip if you have the CD version of Dink. I modified it to play a Sailor Moon avi in my DMOD folder and when I started the game, it would sit at the loading image for a long time, then close to Windows. Is "playavi" only a command for the CD version or did I do something wrong?

I have the CD version... do you have dmovie.ini ? That's a INI file in my Dink Smallwood file, it has dink\anim\intro.avi|dink\sound\intro.wav
written in it try that, with the first part being the avi the second being the sound (if you don't have a seperate sound for it try deleting that part or just using some wav you find).
